Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all travel, air tickets, insurance, and related services
offered by Travel FSU.

1. Validity: Offers are subject to RBI and Government of India regulations and are valid for
the period specified in the quotation.


2. Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Any increase in costs due to exchange rate fluctuations
will be charged at the time of final payment. The quotation will specify the exchange rate
on the booking date.


3. Cancellation Policy: No changes or refunds will be considered for packages canceled by
Guests, except as outlined in the cancellation policy.


4. Hotel Information: Ensure hotel ratings and details meet your requirements as listed on
respective websites.


5. Room Availability: Room reservations are subject to availability and the discretion of
the hotel.


6. Check-in/Check-out: Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charges, if any.


7. Security Deposits: Hotels may require a refundable security deposit for incidental
charges such as laundry and mini-bar.


8. Transfers and Tours: Guests must report to the hotel lobby for transfers and tours at the
designated time. Delays may require Guests to arrange their own transport at
their/additional cost.


9. Itinerary Changes: The company reserves the right to modify schedules or itineraries as
necessary, while ensuring that all mentioned services remain unchanged.


10. Age Classification: Children aged 2 to 10 years are classified as children, while those
over 12 years are classified as adults.


11. Room Occupancy: For triple rooms, hotels may use rollaway beds or two queen-size
beds, with similar room sizes to double rooms.


12. Airfare: Airfares are based on current fare structures. Any increases due to fuel price
changes or government regulations before departure will be the borne by the passenger.


13. Visa Issuance: Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Embassy; Travel FSU is not
responsible for visa-related issues. All visa fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.


14. Visa Charges: Visa charges are based on current rates. Any changes by the embassy will
be passed on to the Guest if full payment has not been made or visas have not been
issued.


15. Visa Rejections: In case of visa rejection or delays, visa and insurance charges will be
deducted, along with cancellation charges for other services.


16. Group Bookings: A minimum group size of 15 passengers is required. The company
reserves the right to cancel or postpone if this group size is reduced than 15.


17. Cancellation Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel a tour package before departure,
limiting liability to a full refund of all payments made. Travel FSU may also amend or withdraw
tours or substitute hotels of similar class as necessary, without any liability.


18. Shared Transfers: All transfers and sightseeing are offered on a Shared Inclusive Cost
(SIC) basis unless specified otherwise for FIT groups.

19. Amendments: Any changes to booked tours must be communicated at least 48 hours in
advance and are subject to availability.


20. Tourist Responsibilities: Clients must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
throughout the tour. The company is not liable for issues arising from invalid documents.


21. Liability: The company is not liable for any death, injury, illness, accidents, loss, delays,
or increased expenses.


22. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended for Guests to have their Travel
Insurance before departure. TRAVEL FSU CAN HELP IN ARRANGING THE
SAME AT A NOMINAL COST.


23. Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel
documents (passport and visa) throughout the tour. Travel FSU is not responsible for any
issues arising from expired or canceled documents.


24. Group Visas: All original passports and documents must be submitted together for group
visas. The company is not responsible for delays in visa issuance or delay in passport
return by Embassy/Courier.


25. Transport Changes: The company is not liable for refunds or compensation for
shortened tour days or changes to scheduled transport services due to unforeseen
circumstances, such as weather including FOG. Standard cancellation rules apply.


26. Jurisdiction: Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi.

Booking Procedure:

  • A completed booking form and applicable advance payment are required.

  • Bank statements must be printed on A4 sheets.

  • Visa applications must be processed 30 days prior to departure.

Required Documents for Visa:

  • Original passport with 6 months’ validity and old passport booklet.

  • Two white background photographs per person.

  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.

  • Personal income tax return for the last 6 years.

For Self-Employed Individuals:

  • Company bank statements for the last 3 months.

  • Company registration and memorandum.

  • Company letterhead and business card.

For Employees:

  • NOC letter from employer stating leave dates.

  • Salary slips for the last 3 months.

  • Form 16 or personal income tax return for the last 2 years.

  • Visiting card.

Required Documents and Information for Travel Insurance:

  • Original passport with 6 months’ validity.

  • Copy of Adhaar Card as residence proof.

  • Name of the Nominee. (age in case of a Minor)

  • Relationship to the Nominee.

Additional Conditions:

  • Prices may change due to increases from hotels, transportation, or new government taxes.

  • Rates are valid for the minimum number of adults traveling together.

  • No refunds for unutilized services.

  • Rates are valid for specified dates and room categories; changes may invalidate rates.

  • Any itinerary changes after booking require payment of the price difference in advance.

  • Guests must follow resort/hotel rules and regulations.

  • If accommodation is unavailable upon arrival, alternate arrangements of similar standard will be made.

  • Maximum airport waiting time is 90 minutes; delays beyond this may incur additional charges.

  • Guests should be punctual for tours, with a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes for shared services and 10 minutes for private services.

  • Requests for specific room types are subject to availability.

  • Shortened stays will be treated as cancellations with no refunds.

  • No amendments are allowed once a booking is confirmed.

  • Travel services are governed by the terms of the respective service providers.

  • Guests must provide valid identification for reservations.

  • Sightseeing is subject to time and weather conditions.

  • Rates are net and non-commissionable.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided, but time lost will not be compensated.

  • City taxes are not included and must be paid directly to hotels.

  • Rates are quoted in USD for the specified number of persons and are subject to change without notice.

  • Some quotations may include remittance/bank transfers, which will be part of the invoice.

  • Full cancellation policy applies in case of immigration or visa issues.

Booking and Payment:

  3. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended for Guests to have their Travel Insurance before departure. Travel FSU can help in arranging the same at a nominal cost.
