Welcome to FSU Travel. By accessing or using our website, booking any travel packages, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
FSU Travel is a travel service provider offering tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation services, and destination experiences.
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability, confirmation, and the conditions listed below.
2. Booking & Payment

Room Availability : Please make sure the hotel ratings and details on the websites match your needs, keeping i mind that room reservations will depend on availability and the hotel's discretion.

Room Occupancy : For triple rooms, hotels may use rollaway beds or two queen-size beds, with similar room sizes to double rooms.

Check-in/Check-out : Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00, and check out is at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charges, if any.

Security Deposits : Hotels may require a refundable security deposit for incidental charges such as laundry and mini-bar.

Airfare : Airfares are based on current fare structures. Any increases due to fuel price changes or government regulations before departure will be borne by the passenger.

Payments : 100% on Placement of order. Payments to be made by RTGS / NEFT only in favor of FSU Tourism & Sports Org. We issue documents once the payment is received by us.

Payment in Cash : Cash will be accepted only under special circumstances & that too only in the office against official receipt.

As per GOI rules, 5% GST and 5% TCS will be charged on the amount deposited in our Account upto 7 Lacs and 20% beyond 7 Lacs.
3. Limited Seats & Limited Inventory

Some tours, activities, or accommodations may have limited seats or limited inventory.

Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

FSU Travel is not responsible if availability runs out before your payment is completed.
4. Confirmation & Documentation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

Required travel documents (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy & Amendments
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
-
Cancellation charges may apply based on package type, season, or supplier rules.

Some bookings (especially hotels, flights, or last-minute tours) may be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy : No changes or refunds will be considered for packages cancelled by Guests, except as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Rights : Travel FSU may also amend or withdraw tours or substitute hotels of similar class as necessary, without any liability.

Itinerary Changes /Amendments : Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstances prevailing at the time of your tour operations in the best interest of the tour group which will be at the discretion of the destination management company. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged. Any changes, to the booked tours, must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Any itinerary changes after booking require payment of the price difference in advance.
Visa Information:

Visa Issuance : Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Embassy; Travel FSU is not responsible for visa-related issues. All visa fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Visa Charges : Visa charges are based on current rates. Any changes by the embassy will be passed on to the Guest if full payment has not been made or visas have not been issued.

Group Visa's : All original passports and documents must be submitted together for group visas. The company is not responsible for delays in visa issuance or delay in passport return by Embassy/Courier.

Visa Rejections : In case of visa rejection or delays, visa and insurance charges will be deducted, along with cancellation charges for other services.
Transfers and Tours:

Transfers and Tours : Guests are required to meet in the hotel lobby at the designated time for transfers and tours. Punctuality is essential; delays may necessitate that guests arrange their own transport at their own expense. For shared services, there is a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes, while private services allow for up to 10 minutes.

Shared Transfers : All transfers and sightseeing are offered on a Shared Inclusive Cost (SIC) basis unless specified otherwise for FIT groups.

Itinerary Changes : The Company reserves the right to modify schedules or itineraries as necessary, while ensuring that all mentioned services remain unchanged, with No Liability to Travel FSU Org.

Transport Changes : The Company is not liable for refunds or compensation for shortened tour days or changes to scheduled transport services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather including FOG. Standard cancellation rules apply.
6. Responsibilities & Recommendations:

Tourist Responsibilities : Clients must carry valid travel documents (passport with a minimum validity of 6 months, visa, etc.) throughout the tour. The company is not liable for issues arising from invalid documents.

Travel Documents : Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport and visa) throughout the tour. Travel FSU is not responsible for any issues arising from expired or cancelled documents.

Travel Insurance : It is highly recommended for Guests to have their Travel Insurance before departure. Travel FSU can help in arranging the same at a nominal cost.

Age Classification : Children aged 2 to 10 years are classified as children, while those over 12 years are classified as adults.

Group Bookings : A minimum group size of 10 passengers is required. The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone if this group size is reduced to fewer than 10.
7. General Conditions:

Validity : Offers are subject to RBI and Government of India regulations and are valid for the period specified in the quotation.

Liability : Travel-FSU_ORG acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Travel-FSU.Org. is not liable for any death, injury, illness, accidents loss sustained by the guest, delays, or increased, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists.

Air Tickets : The tickets are issued subject to Airlines conditions.

Tickets & Hotel Voucher : Tickets and Hotel Vouchers will be delivered 2 to 3 days prior to the Departure date, but it could even be on the day of departure as well if operationally required.

Quotations : The quotation has been based on specific class of travel on specific airlines and/or specific hotels. In case the Hotel Rooms or Airlines seats are not available in that specified class, alternate Hotels and /or Airlines will be suggested with difference in price applicable.

Requests for specific room types are subject to availability.

Shortened of stays will be treated as cancellations with no refunds.
-
No amendments are allowed once a booking is confirmed.

Travel services are governed by the terms of the respective service providers.
-
Sightseeing is subject to time and weather conditions.
-
Rates are net and non-commissionable.
-
In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided, but time lost will not be compensated.
-
City taxes are not included and must be paid directly to hotels.
-
Rates are quoted in USD for the specified number of persons and are subject to change without notice.
-
Some quotations may include remittance/bank transfers, which will be part of the invoice.
-
Full cancellation policy applies in case of immigration or visa issues.
8. VISA REQUIREMENTS
Procedure for Applying Visa:

A completed visa form and applicable advance payment are required.
-
Bank statements must be printed on A4 sheets.
-
Visa applications must be processed 30 days prior to departure.

Original passport with 6 months validity and old passport booklet, if any.

Two white background photographs per person.
-
Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.

Personal income tax return for the last 6 years.
​For Self-Employed Individuals:

Company bank statements for the last 3 months.

Company registration and memorandum of Association.
-
Company letterhead and business card.
For Employees:

NOC letter from employer stating leave dates.
-
Salary slips for the last 3 months.
-
Form 16 or personal income tax return for the last 2 years.

Visiting card.
Photo specifications:

35 mm X 45 mm with white background.
-
Full face coverage from front, both ears should be visible.

Should be taken without sun glasses, caps etc. (head gear allowed only for religious reasons).

Required Documents and Information for Travel Insurance:

Copy of Adhaar Card as residence proof.

Name of the Nominee. (age in case of a Minor).

Relationship to the Nominee.
Guests must:

Follow the instructions of guides and operators

Maintain respectful behavior

Not engage in illegal activities
FSU Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour for inappropriate conduct.
11. Third-Party Services
Some services (hotels, flights, tours, activities) are provided by third-party suppliers.
FSU Travel is not responsible for:

Service quality

Schedule changes
-
Damages or losses caused by third parties
12. Changes in Itinerary
FSU Travel may adjust itineraries due to:

Weather
-
Safety
-
Local regulations
-
Operational requirements
We will try to provide similar or equivalent alternatives.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, belongs to FSU Travel.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
FSU Travel is not liable for:
